The Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) is a part-time graduate degree geared towards experienced IT professionals who are ready to advance their career in IT leadership while remaining in the workforce. Its integrated curriculum of technology and management coursework provides students with an understanding of information technology from both operational and strategic perspectives.
The program offers the following three tracks:
- Information Technology Management
- Information Security and Assurance
- Software Design and Management
These tracks represent areas of information technology in which Carnegie Mellon has achieved world-renowned expertise.
