Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, regardless of whether credit or a degree was obtained. One transcript must show that a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent was earned. Your official transcript should show the titles of all courses taken, grades or marks received, and the date and title of any degree(s) conferred. Transcripts must be enclosed in an envelope and signed across the seal by the registrar's office.

GMAT/GRE. All applicants are required to submit standardized test scores for either the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Records Exam (GRE). If taking the GRE, only the general test is required. If you took either test more than five years ago, you must take it again. Test scores must be submitted directly by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). For more information on either exam, please contact ETS (GRE: 1-866-473-4373 or GMAT: 1-952-681-3680/ 1-800-717-4628).

Recommendations. Recommendation forms must be completed by three people who can evaluate your intellectual, academic or professional capacity. Please note recommendations from friends, family members or acquaintances, and other sources not able to evaluate applicants on an academic or professional basis, are unacceptable. Recommendations can be submitted electronically through the online application system. Alternatively, recommendations may be submitted in sealed envelopes, signed by the recommender across the seal and submitted to the Admission Office by either the applicant or the recommender. The paper recommendation form for off-line recommendations may be downloaded from the online application.

Résumé. A résumé is a one or two page summary of your education skills, accomplishments, employment experience and volunteer experience. The résumé MUST be current and include all part time and full time work experience, the dates of when the employment began and ended and a brief description of your responsibilities under the title of the position.
